What is used
The site is made of static pages. It has no login, no basket, no comment form, no analytics and no advertising. Nothing needs to be remembered between one page and the next, so nothing is stored.
The one exception, and it is your choice
The notice that appears at the foot of the screen on a first visit offers to remember that you have seen it. If you choose to store that preference, one entry is written to your browser’s local storage on this site’s own domain. It records only that the notice was dismissed. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to any server, and it cannot identify you.
If you would rather not store it, choose to close the notice instead and nothing is written at all. You can clear anything that was stored through your browser’s settings for site data, at any time.
Third parties
There are none. No fonts, scripts, images, maps, videos or measurement pixels are loaded from anywhere but this site. If you disconnect from the network after the page has loaded, everything on it still works.
